Terms and Conditions of Sale for La Parisienne

These terms and conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between La Parisienne (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Client" or "Clients") for any order placed with La Parisienne.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

By placing an order, the Client unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions of sale. These terms supersede any other conditions, unless a prior written agreement from the Seller has been obtained.

2. Products and Services

The products and services offered by La Parisienne are described on the website and/or in communication materials. The Seller commits to providing products that are consistent with the descriptions.

3. Order

Any order placed by the Client is subject to confirmation of availability by La Parisienne. The order is considered final once the Client has received an order confirmation via email or SMS. If a product is unavailable, the Client will be notified promptly and may choose to modify or cancel the order.

4. Payment

Payment is required after the order is confirmed. Once the order is confirmed by email or SMS, the Client will receive a payment QR code. The Client must make the payment via this QR code. Once payment is made, a payment confirmation will be sent to the Client via email or SMS.

Payment can be made through [specify the payment methods via QR, e.g., through a banking app or mobile payment service]. Any order not paid for within a specified time will be automatically canceled.

5. Prices

Prices for products and services are indicated in VND (Vietnamese Dong) and include all applicable taxes in Vietnam. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.

6. Delivery

Products will be delivered according to the option chosen by the Client [specify delivery options, e.g., home delivery, in-store pickup]. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise indicated. The Seller commits to delivering within the specified time, subject to delays outside of its control.

7. Order Modification and Right of Withdrawal

Once the order has been confirmed by email or SMS, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted, except in exceptional cases. If the Client wishes to modify or cancel the order after confirmation, they must contact La Parisienne as soon as possible at [phone number] so that we can evaluate whether the request can be processed.

Regarding products, La Parisienne does not offer a right of withdrawal with reimbursement. Products, once delivered, cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects or hidden defects, in accordance with Vietnamese law.

8. Warranty
The products sold by La Parisienne come with a legal warranty for conformity and against hidden defects, as required by Vietnamese law. In case of a defective product, the Client may return the product for repair or replacement.

9. Liability

La Parisienne's liability will not be engaged in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions due to a case of force majeure (fire, strike, supplier failure, etc.). Furthermore, the Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of the products or services.

10. Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Vietnamese law on the protection of personal data, La Parisienne commits to only collecting the information necessary for processing orders and not sharing this information with third parties without the Client's consent, unless legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

The elements present on the website, including texts, images, logos, and other design elements, are the exclusive property of La Parisienne and are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is prohibited.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by Vietnamese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. If no solution can be found, the competent court in Hanoi, Vietnam, will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Sale

La Parisienne reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect upon their publication.
